Maria Isabel Landa-Posada, Esq.
I, Maria Isabel Landa-Posada, am the founder of Landa-Posada P.A. My practice focuses on real estate and financial transactions. I attended Florida International University and received a B.A. in English in 1996 and continued my studies at the University of Miami School of Law where I earned my J.D. in 1999. Subsequently, I was admitted to the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District.
I have a diverse background in real estate closings representing buyers and sellers in commercial and residential acquisitions including contract preparation, title examination, and the managing of escrow accounts, and general business transactions including the formation of corporations, and preparation of resolutions and agreements. I also focus in foreclosures, representing condominium and homeowner associations, private lenders, and borrowers. I also practice in the areas of wills, estate planning, and probate.
Today’s real estate market presents many challenges and I possess the knowledge and requisite legal acumen to navigate and decipher even the most complex circumstances. Having an extensive background working with distressed properties enables me to expertly plot a course through even the most challenging situations while focusing on the needs of my clients.
